Cara Membuat Sempolan Jajanan Hits Kekinian

Bentar lagi kita memasuki bulan ramadhan ya gaees. Puasa selalu identik dengan kuliner, makanan, dan jajanan. Banyak para pedagang kaki lima yang menjajakan aneka kuliner maupun jajanan untuk berbuka puasa. Nah, di tahun 2017 ini rupanya jajanan sempolan masih jadi hits sampai memasuki bulan puasa ini.
Sempolan itu apa? Sempolan itu dari kata Sempol (paha), kalau sempolan itu jajanan yang dibuat dari racikan tepung tapioka dibentuk seperti paha ayam, digoreng, dijual para pedagang kaki lima. Hehe, itu sih definisi dari penulis sendiri.

Usut punya usut, menurut wikipedia, Sempolan itu berasal dari daerah Pemalang Jateng, sama dengan yang disebut Sempol dari Malang Jatim. Jajanan ini rasanya kenyal karena berbahan dasar tepung tapioka (aci), dibentuk lonjong dan ditusuk dengan tusukan sate.  
Nah, kalau misal bapak-ibu, saudara-saudari sekalian pengen membuat sempolan sendiri di rumah, bisa kok… yuk kita simak tutorialnya berikut ini:

Ini Bahan-bahan yang harus dipersiapkan:
  1. ¼ daging ayam, 4 butir bawang putih (dihaluskan)
  2. 3 sdm tepung kanji, 3 sdm tepung terigu
  3. Merica, garam, gula, penyedap rasa, dan air (secukupnya)
  4. Tusuk sate
  5. 1 butir telur dan saus/sambal sesuai selera
*Bahan-bahan bisa disesuaikan dengan porsi ya….

Ini langkah-langkahnya:
Pertama, Campur dan aduk semua bahan jadi satu bersama air hingga jadi adonan kenyal. (eits.. tidak termasuk telur, tusuk sate, dan saus ya..)

Kedua, Ambil adonan dengan tangan dan bentuklah seperti paha ayam. (agar tidak lengket, tangan bisa dilumuri sedikit minyak goreng)

Ketiga, Masukkan sempolan ke dalam rebusan air mendidih dalam beberapa menit hingga terlihat setengah matang, angkat lalu dinginkan atau diangin-anginkan. (proses seperti membuat bakso)

Terakhir, Sempolan siap digoreng bersama kocokan telur ditambah sedikit garam. Goreng lalu sajikan bersama saus atau sambal pilihan anda.

Kalo menurut penulis sendiri sih paling enak kalo pake sambal kacang, gurihnya tuh amboy…
Selesai sudah ya bapak-ibu, saudara-saudari menyimak cara membuat sempolan ini..  Sekarang tinggal prakteknya, sok atuuh… Jangan lupa bagi-bagi yaaa… Tapi jangan di siang hari di bulan puasa lho, nanti bikin ricuh… :D
Sempolan bisa divariasi sendiri varian rasanya ya saudara-saudari, kalo sempolan ayam ya pakai daging ayam. Nah, kalau mau sempolan ikan, tinggal ganti aja daging ayamnya dengan ikan.
